These are very eerie and atmospheric. They beautifully represent the invisible connections, between the piano and the audience and how its sound encompasses the room. I love how they shape to the room and mould to it so well, it reminds me of spiders webs. The amount of detail and work that has gone into this is breathtaking.
The craftmanship in these is lovely~! By altering books they take on new meanings and a new life, without anything actually being added to them. They have been so precisely surgically cut and worked in to, but the book is still the guide, showing the words and pictures to follow.
Beautiful sculptures made from silver. They have a gorgeous organic look to them, they look like they have been grown. They remind me of corals.
Doing what they do best, sitting there looking prickly. There are some amazing colours and shades here. I like how they mould to their environment and stick everywhere. They stand out and look quite alien.
Floating things really intrigue me, the feeling that they are suspended in time, and being able to walk around them and see them from every angle. There are some beautiful shapes here created with so many angles.
The detail in this is just amazing! They seem to have been built up in sections, and it has become the sum of its parts. It all works very well together and makes beautiful shapes.
So many beautiful pictures! I'd love to see this in real life, to get a real idea of its scale and depth. I think that is what stands out most to me, the feeling of looking through the work and seeing more layers and detail and the space between them.
